Beginnings of Failing at Daewoo Motor America
In 1996, Daewoo " became the world's major transnational business among growing economies (Kim 2008. P. 277). вЂќ At the end of 1999, the Daewoo Group " flattened in impressive fashion (Kim 2008. G. 273). вЂќ Daewoo had entered the American car market back in the 90s simply by leveraging their global accomplishment along with Korean rivals Kia and Hyundai. In May 2002, subsequent General Engines decision not to acquire the assets of Daewoo in the United States, Daewoo Motor America filed to get bankruptcy security (O'Dell, 2002). This could present a problem in case the ethics in the leader happen to be in question.
