Values establish a standard of goodness, top quality and a great excellence that undergirds tendencies and decision making and what individuals care about. Principles are not basically goals or perhaps outcomes, beliefs are deeper sense of what is crucial. Deal and Peterson posited that principles focus attention and define success. Provided the moral pluralism of today's world, moral self-control closely associated with intellectual ideals is important.
